Main Duties:
- Answering clients' phone calls and taking notes from the calls.
- Writing phone call recaps after calls and emailing them to clients.
- Serving clients through all types of emails and communicating with them through Social Media.
- Serving clients through meetings, taking notes and writing meeting recap emails.
- Sending clients quotations from the agency's Google Drive as needed.
