Job Description
- Assess and determine quantities required for materials against planning assumptions and consumption.
- Ensure the right creation of materials with their specifications, and avoid duplicates.
- Day-to-day requests management.
- Maintain the desired level of all inventory per category.
- Take follow-up actions about material shortages that affect production and Ensure a consistent and adequate supply of materials
- Ensuring materials meet specifications and quality standards, and are cost-efficient Tracking Sales volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
- Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
- Report, follow-up, and control of non-conformity material, deviations, and cancellations.
- Tracking of Material delivery at different stages
- Arrange and follow up with the supply chain team (material delivery, dismantle, and return)
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in material planning, inventory management, procurement, or a related position.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
