Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Design, configure, and administrate the IT infrastructure.
- Design, configure, and administrate Leased line and PRI services.
- Design, configure, and administrate the call center (VOIP) infrastructure.
- Design, configure, and administrate active directory and domain servers.
- Design, configure, and administrate the firewalls, and VPN (SSL or IPsec STS).
- Design, configure, and administrate the cloud infrastructure (VMware virtualization (on-premises) and AWS cloud servers).
- Deign backup solutions for servers and systems (on-premises (Veeam) or cloud).
- Design and administrate any software or hardware solutions.
- Design and administrate ERP system modules to meet the company workflow.
- Design and administrate google workspace (G-suite).
- Design, and manage the company IT assets.
Duties:
- Oversee and supervise the operations team members.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Assist in the customization and adaptation of existing systems to meet company requirements.
- Connect users to networks and provide initial training in facilities and applications.
- Administer email and security systems.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
- Install and configure all networking equipment
- Research for solutions using available information resources, advise user on appropriate action.
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time, responding within agreed time limits to support tickets.
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates, Testing and evaluating new technology.
Job Requirements
Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in the same role
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Hands-on experience with network (Routing, switching).
- Hands-on experience with firewalls (FortiGate, Sophos).
- Hands-on experience with servers and virtualization (vSphere ESXI).
- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, SES, Load balancers, Autoscaling, and CloudWatch).
- Hands-on experience with domains and Cloudflare.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and installation.
- Excellent knowledge of call center systems and CRM.
- Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and business solutions.
- Excellent command of English Language.
