Inspect & Analyze servers’ hardware, software inventory, and push windows updates & security batches.
Monitor all servers’ services, virtual machines (VMS), Network Connections, although monitor’s Datacenters physical devices.
Solve technical and operational challenges in the scope of IT reported by users.
Install and configure software and hardware
Manage network servers and technology tools
Set up accounts and workstations
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
Upgrade systems with new releases and models
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1 to 3 Years of experience in IT related fields.
CCNA certified or self-study is a must.
MCSA knowledge is preferable.
Familiarity with L2/L3 networking principles, protocols, and troubleshooting (Vlans – Port security – Access Lists – Routing).
Very good English level is required.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Problem solving and good analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
