Job Description
- Implement Procurement strategies to deliver duties with the best practices.
- Set plan for all procurement requests to specify the priorities and possible subcontractors.
- updating and feeding subcontractors vendor list.
- Short list for selected subcontractors in market. (based on subcontractor’s vendor list - project vendor list).
- Following EUC subcontracting process steps for project package (ITT - financial and commercial comp, - confirming budget based on package scope of work - placing subcontract with all related package documents).
- Responsible for appropriate subcontractor selection /bidding processes.
- Project package minimum achieved saving 10%.
- Advance payment following up.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to assure subcontract kick off
- Responsible of the implementation of the HSE procedures on his area.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- 2: 4 years of Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office, Proficient in AutoCAD and Good knowledge in Revit,
