Build long relationship with clients.
Management and development of offline projects for clients.
Plan and implement a marketing strategy for clients to increase ROI.
Coordination and supervision of all key processes of the project.
Respond to briefs from clients’ marketing departments.
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
Make sure that project is delivered on the scheduled timeline.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Open new sales channels and improve client retention.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Review with production team that they get the best suppliers with best Price.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Prepare and present reports on their progress.
Focus on building trust with key business stakeholders.

5+ years of Account Management (BTL).
5 years of experience in customer service.
Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to details.
Effective team-working skills.
Influencing and decision maker.
Passion for advertising and an understanding of what makes a good campaign.
Resilience to deal with problems and constructive criticism.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
