Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential customers to promote products and drive sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels, product visibility, and competitor activities in assigned territories.
- Negotiate with clients on pricing, promotions, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights to management.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and distribution teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Actively participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and in-market activation when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or retail distribution.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation, and customer engagement.
- Good knowledge of the local market and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
- Must hold a valid driving license; owning a car is a strong advantage.
