Job Description
- Initiate, monitor & control companywide projects
- Monitor project schedule with consensus of relevant project team members
- Monitor risks associated with projects and review & escalate the risk whenever necessary
- Direct activities among project team members & customers to ensure completion of assigned activities within time & budget
- Define project costing budget and ensure to achieve the same at completion of project
- Take decision to align project performance
- Prepare project reports for management
- Present Weekly Project Status Report for management
- Monitor projects to keep progress on track
- Ensure project completion within timeline, assigned budget and with required quality
- Regularly meet with project team to provide any advice required to resolve problems or escalation.
- Develop & implement feasible Project Management Methodologies
- Monitor and publish Project Cost Analysis at end of each project
- Effectively manage customers to keep the project on track and to avoid any roadblocks in projects
- Customer management for out of scope activities
- Maintain Project Control Sheet on daily basis to keep up-to-date status of all projects
- Regularly meet with customers to discuss project status
- Conduct site survey to validate Quality of Service provided to customer
- Manage Source code & handle release management activities for ERP / Softwares
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure product & service quality of assigned projects
- Ensure required quality controls are in practice to reduce quality issues reported after deliveries.
- Monitor technical team productivity to analyze the shortcoming and rectify with team leads and management through escalation.
- Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records.
- Prepare & follow project schedule, budgeting & costing
- Ensure Quality check in place through customer calling procedures by Customer Service, and immediately act on issues on which customer satisfaction is not assured.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
- Participate in quarterly evaluation & annual appraisals of team members
