Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Customer Success Specialist / Portuguese Speaker to join our fast-growing team! In this role, you will build and nurture long-term relationships with our customers, support their ongoing success with our platform, and help drive adoption and retention. Your fluency in Portuguese and ability to connect with people will be key to ensuring our customers are well-supported, informed, and empowered.
 

Key Responsibilities:

· Build strong, trusted relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and long-term retention.

· Provide support post go-live, ensuring customers are confident in using the platform effectively.

· Understand customers' needs and showcase how Grubtech’s solutions can help them achieve their goals.

· Communicate adoption trends, customer sentiment, and opportunities for engagement with internal teams.

· Champion customer feedback, ensuring it’s relayed to the Product team to enhance the platform experience.

· Educate customers on new features and product updates, providing proactive insights to help them succeed.

· Support in creating customer training materials and contributing to the knowledge hub.

· Train end users and provide onboarding support where necessary.

· Identify and encourage customer advocacy opportunities through testimonials, case studies, and referrals.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless customer experience and drive expansion opportunities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

· Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

· 2+ years' experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, or client-facing role within a SaaS or software company.

· Passionate about technology and enthusiastic about working in a high-growth SaaS environment.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy.

· Good listener with the ability to understand and address customer needs.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

· Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

· Collaborative spirit and experience working with cross-functional teams.
