Job Description
- Set up and optimize digital marketing campaigns within multiple platforms. Organize and oversee communication campaigns exhibitions and digital products promotional events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range objectives, performance KPIs and measurement tools.
- Understand our customer success goals and KPIs, collaborate with product management to build channels and tools to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Run proof of concepts to validate ideas and convert them into prototypes then build up to concrete executable plans.
- Collaborate to develop social media content and manage the social content calendar.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
Job Requirements
- From 3- to 5 years of experience in digital marketing role.
- Proven experience as marketing executive in digital product-based organization.
- Proven experience in developing marketing strategies, leading from ideation to execution and measuring ROI.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Thorough knowledge of product positioning, marketing strategies, principles and marketing best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM.)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.
- Degree in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
