Job Description
- Design and develop course storyboards and templates.
- Create video production including audio and video editing in SCORM.
- Develop illustrations, graphics, etc. to support the course content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Partnering with the internal team to create new assets for courses.
- Developing and maintaining eLearning content and modules.
- Creating digital assets for eLearning courses.
- Working with the LMS Administrator structuring course and curricula offerings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, curriculum development or related field preferred. Minimum three years of experience. Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Experience in online curriculum development and delivery for adult learners.
- Experience with SCORM requirements.
- Experience with Articulate.
- Experience with Captivate.
- Experience in video production equipment and software to create video-based learning experiences.
- Knowledge of instructional design concepts and principles;
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in multimedia and graphic design to create SCORM files.
- Excellent time-management skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
