Job Description

  • Performing all purchasing processes with vendors and build good relationships to ensure the best pricing and quality.
  • Search and contact suppliers, negotiates the prices, terms, conditions and delivery date for technically approved items to get the best offer according to the required specification.
  • Issuing Purchase Orders, monitor and ensure that the purchase items always met the requirements in the term of quality, quantity, prices, and delivery schedule.
  • Review shipping documents and assuring compliance with all customs regulations & origins requirements and coordinate with the financial department for bank processing.
  • Register all shipments on NAFEZA system, issuing ACID number for each shipment and make the electronic signature using e-token to get 46 number.
  • Issuing & processing and follow up Letters of Credit or any other payment terms with Suppliers & financial department.
  • Coordinate and contacting freight forwarders for shipping, booking and delivery to ensure that all goods are delivered and received on time in a proper manner with accurate documentation & reporting weekly status and expected arrival dates.
  • Work on Dealing with Customs formalities and regulations.
  • Contact the clearance agent and provide him with all necessary shipping documents to ensure the delivery of the goods to plant within the required time and without any extra customs fees.
  • Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a related field
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  • Excellent in MS ( word & Excel ) .
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Female only.
  • Must have previous strong experience in foreign purchasing, a minimum of 5 years.
  • Must have strong experience in dealing with customs must have strong experience in dealing with shipping lines 
  • Very good spoken and written English is a must
  • Negotiations skills.
