Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site workers, and construction activities.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
- Manage procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and resources.
- Prepare and present progress reports, budgets, and project documentation to senior management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays in the construction process.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among site personnel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 10 –15 years of experience in construction project management
- Experience in a construction company is a must
- Experience in large scale commercial/residential projects is a must
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
