Job Description
- Ensure accuracy and promptness of Applications/ Policy Requests logged in the administration system
- Ensure accuracy of endorsement Pack
- Authorize alteration applied on system
- Produce department activity reports
- Ensure accuracy and promptness in follow up of applications/Policy requests
- Ensure that the process flow between Individual administration and other departments is maintained
- Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes.
- Evaluate employees' job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate
- 7-10 years of experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Dual keyboard skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
