Job Description
- The role will focus on growth of existing customer relationships with targeted expansion plans through new customers and projects within a specific vertical.
- Develop effective business relationships with the relevant decision-makers in key accounts.
- Manage direct marketing duties including technical presentation for clients, consultants and contractors.
- Achieving sales objectives to achieve company sales goals aligned with business strategy Sales presentations and proposals.
- Investigate lost sales opportunities.
- Achieving sales objectives to achieve company sales goals aligned with business strategy.
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated Areas/ markets.
- Sourcing new sales strategies & opportunities, and establishing new business.
- Actively manages to seek out new sales opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Industry knowledge and ability to use market research resourcefully.
- At least 5 years of experience as a BMS Sales Manager in the Egyptian market.
- Strong technical background about Building Management & Control systems not less than 7 to 10 years.
- Ability to energize and align others to deliver, in an engaging way.
- Strong Sales background with a proven track record of delivering within a commercial environment.
- Sales presentations and proposals skills.
- Effectively customer concerns and services oriented.
- English language speaking and writing is a must.
