Head OF Operations

About the Role | Head of Operations: Intella is looking for a Head of Operations to join its core leadership team. This person will report to the CPO & will be primarily responsible for handling the client project execution in addition to the user onboarding & engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Set the vision and develop a strategy of operations and project execution
• Handle the end-to-end user cycle: user onboarding, profile verification, rewarding & continuous engagement
• Develop user acquisition & retention strategies
• Deliver on project executions that are based on pre-defined success KPIS
• Build a high performing team and motivate them to continually achieve higher levels of business impact.

Preferred requirements:

• Prior experience in technology companies.
• Achieve financial and operational targets for all aspects of operations while maintaining a high customer satisfaction level.
• Develop, implement and enhance all processes and procedures to continuously improve the effectiveness/ efficiency 
• Identifies performance and expectation gaps and facilitates resolution. Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
