Job Description
Rashideen Egypt for Trade (RETC) is hiring Service Desk Specialist.
Job duties:
- Daily check for systems status, creating tickets with users’ issues & relate it to assigned division.
- Follow-up & track the tickets with IT divisions.
- Responsible for the inventory system (documentation, tracking & updating sheets of hardware devices).
- Use (active directory administrative tools) to manage user accounts (creating
- accounts, set up passwords, create emails, create groups , identify permissions for users ) As per IT department policy.
- Responsible for IT project management documentation.
- Issuing SAP PR’s & PO’s
- Preparing & Creating Virtual machine Servers on Data Center Servers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in Service Desk.
- MCSA, MCSE & CCNA certification.
- Excellent Ms office skills.
- Very Good English Language.
- Excellent communication, follow up and time management skills.
