For immediate hiring:
Execution & Coordination
- Ensure smooth communication flow between internal stakeholders from the project’s kick-off to the delivery stage.
- Draft and amend training, event reports (pre, during, and post).
- Manage training’ logistics processes (Catering, transportation) with internal stakeholders’ support.
- Facilitate training sessions.
- Update L&D Calendar and ensure it’s covering existing and upcoming training & events.
- Coordinate L&D’s project process.
Design & Development:
- Review existing L&D content.
- Research new activities/ ideas.
- Design a layout of L&D programs and announcements.
- Design an agenda for the training/ event as per the request
- Coordinating training logistics (venues, facilities, technical supplies, breaks, materials, handouts, attendance, evaluation, agenda) either inside or outside mobica premises.
- Organize training activities to provide support to participants' and facilitators' needs.
- Responsible for training opening, and introducing the instructor for the trainees.
- Manage and Solve problems & concerns as they arise with trainees, trainers.
- Coordinates documenting post-training activities to identify participants' feedback for further evaluation & assessment.
