Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented chemist to join our team and ensure the consistent quality of our products throughout the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for conducting a variety of tests and inspections to verify that raw materials, production processes, and finished goods meet our strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Maintain Quality Control:

• Conduct batch-level and production line quality checks.
• Inspect final products for visual defects.
• Monitor and document mix composition to ensure adherence to formulas.
• Verify the weights, types, and addition sequence of raw materials.
• Measure and record final product dimensions (length, width, thickness, weight, etc.) to ensure they meet specifications.

Raw Material, Packaging, and Loading Assurance:

Implement quality control procedures for incoming raw materials, and ensure the quality of packaging materials and loading processes

Quality Control Intervention and Reporting:

Identify and temporarily or permanently halt production of batches with questionable quality according to established protocols, and document the reasons for halting production and communicate them effectively.

Corrective Action Guidance:

Assist in identifying and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
