Job Description
- Check technical details and drawings to ensure correct implementation in the field.
- Ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation and materials needed to carry out the work.
- Ensure that the work is performed at the required quality standards.
- Responsible for communicating with contractors.
- Prepare a schedule for executed work versus planned.
- Preparation of follow-up reports and their conformity with the schedule.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports.
- Perform inspection and prepare documents for the entire contract work project.
- Carry out any other duties as and when required to meet the needs of the business.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
- Required experience from 7 to 12 years.
- Knowledge of Autocad, and Revit is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical drawings and details.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other team members.
- Organized, structured, and professional, with a passion for excellence.
- Projects are located in New Cairo.
