- Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents.
- Receive, store, and issue supplies and equipment and compiles records of supply transactions, Verifie that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices.
- Store and release supplies or equipment.

- Compile the records of the supplies and check the supplies from time to time
