Job Description
- Graphic Design:
➢Develop innovative, on-brand visual designs for a variety of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media posts, banners, email campaigns, website assets, and in-store collateral.
➢Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure consistency in design across all channels and platforms.
➢Design promotional materials and seasonal campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
➢Create and edit high-quality imagery, and graphics for use on social media platforms, websites, and print. - Social Media Management:
➢Manage and execute the daily operation of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
➢Create engaging content calendars and campaign strategies in line with marketing goals.
➢Analyze and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, and Facebook Insights to track growth, engagement, and conversions.
➢Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Specialist, or in a similar role, preferably within the retail, fashion, or e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and interact with a wide range of audiences.
- Creative and innovative with a passion for design and social media.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
