Job Description
| Supervising the IPC process starting from analysis of the raw materials, packing materials & packaging materials and also the half-finished products & finished products |
| Participates in all quality activities which include preparation, following-up, application, development & maintenance of the quality management systems in the company |
| Has a full awareness about the most recent local & international requirements regarding the quality systems and studying the probability of its application in the company |
| Co-operating with the employees in the plant regarding the quality systems to adjust and improve the performance of the processes |
| Suggests the corrective actions for the non-conformity cases |
| Following-up on the efficiency of the corrective measures for the non-conformity cases |
| Studying the effect of the required technical changes to guarantee avoiding its negative reflect on the quality of the products |
| Performing special visits to the work sites to review the commitment to the quality standards & GMP |
| Performs preliminary studies to the customers’ complaints & prepares its records |
| Prepares the reports of the products recall & shares in the dummy recall process & testing its efficacy |
| Participates in preparation of the reports of the quality management & management review reports |
| Participates in reviewing all the training materials regarding the GMP & performs the required trainings |
Job Requirements
Bachelor of pharmaceutical science Preferably with post graduate studies |
| Excellent MS office & internet browsing |
| Very good English & Arabic |
- 4 years’ experience in a similar position in a reputable pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical company - 7 years’ experience in a quality assurance department in a reputable pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical company - Attending ISO audits before - Excellent Communication skills - Excellent Problem-solving skills |
