Job Title: Midlevel Attorney (Commercial & Labour Law)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Midlevel Attorney to join our team in Ismailia. The successful candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in Commercial Law and Labour Law, with a strong ability to handle legal matters related to corporate transactions, employment law, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support to clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with Egyptian law, and representing clients in court as required.
Please note: The candidate must be a resident of Ismailia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on Commercial Law and Labour Law matters to a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolution processes.
- Handle litigation related to commercial disputes, employment issues, and other legal matters.
- Advise clients on employment policies, labour disputes, termination processes, and compliance with Egyptian Labour Law.
- Conduct legal research to ensure up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external legal professionals to provide well-rounded legal solutions.
- Prepare and present legal opinions and reports to senior management and clients as needed.
- Manage multiple cases and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of legal services.
- Keep abreast of changes in commercial and labour legislation and ensure ongoing compliance for clients.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- The candidate must be a resident of Ismailia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-6 years of proven experience in Commercial Law and Labour Law.
- Licensed to practice law in Egypt and in good standing with the Egyptian Bar Association.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian commercial laws, labour regulations, and legal frameworks.
- Experience in litigation, contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and interact with clients effectively.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
