Skills And Tools:
- Handle all B2C indoor customers by receiving and delivering their products after fixing.
- Make the necessary communications with those customers for follow up.
- Ability to work with our Win Surv (service Management Software).
- Providing weekly reports, stating the business performance of this department.
- Performing customer satisfaction calls for Canon B2C major customers.
- Responsible for communicate with vendor for any technical cases to be escalated.
- Responsible to log into CCNA Portal for warranty cases.
- BSC engineering or Faculty of commerce.
- For males, military service must be finished.
