Job Description
- Responsible for managing the flow of data of the imported goods.
- Monitor Daily inventory transactions and operations data analysis.
- Monitor and make sure that the archived data is up-to-date.
- Daily follow up on Customers, Invoices and tenders creation.
- Orders Inquiry, respond to inquiries regarding order status.
- Marking and following up on products ID.
- Sending inventory balances' reports to the department's managers
- Closing the warehouse balances with the account team to verify their authenticity·
- Responsible for the annual operational review for the whole warehouse balances.
Job Requirements
- Non smoker.
- Very good in English (Written & Spoken).
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Access).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
