Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist / Tariff Analyst you will need to efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential. The ideal candidate for this role should have essential data entry skills, emphasizing not only fast typing but also a keen eye for detail, proficiency in organizing information, and excellence in using spreadsheets and Excel formulas to ensure the accuracy of entered data.

Responsibilities 

  • Fill In contract rates into Tripathon’s back office / Data Entry
  • Conduct regular rate comparisons with competitors to ensure our pricing remains consistently competitive
  • Contact hotels through emails and phone calls to solve price & allotment disputes
  • Perform data & trend analysis and sharing feedback with hotels
  • Share conclusions with Tripathon contractors & other departments
  • Participate in preparation of sales reports & comparisons

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in Hospitality / Hotel Industry 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Exhibits a high sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Highly organized
  • Analytical mindset
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
