Job Description
- Maintain company assets and properties, including overseeing maintenance and documenting the condition of assets.
- Prepare company buildings and workspaces asper co policy and budget.
- Handle external transactions with government and regulatory bodies for official documents and permits.
- Prepare periodic reports on administrative activities and submit them to the administration manager.
- Supervise contracts with service providers, based on employee residence locations and work shifts.
- Manage employee transportation and company vehicles, including contract negotiation, organizing routes and problem-solving, coordinating with vehicle agencies if needed.
- Ensuring all vehicles are properly licensed and maintained, includes scheduling regular maintenance and monitoring the vehicle operation system.
- Supervise the company’s security team, overseeing their daily activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points, maintain visitor logs, and ensure proper access control.
- Implement security policies and procedures to protect the company’s assets and personnel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative position, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
