Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

The HR Director job typically involves overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our company, below are the general outline of it:

Strategic HR Planning: Developing HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the company. This includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning.

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Overseeing the recruitment process to attract and hire the best talent for various positions within the company. This involves designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews for applicants and exit interviews for employees, and managing the onboarding process and to work closely with the recruitment manager. 

Employee Relations: Handling employee relations issues and ensuring a positive work environment. This may involve addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and relevant employment laws.

Performance Management: Implementing performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, set goals, and identify areas for improvement. This also includes conducting performance reviews and facilitating career development opportunities.

Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. This may include technical training related to BPO processes as well as soft skills development.

Compensation and Benefits: Managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the market and alignment with company goals. This entails conducting salary surveys, designing pay structures, managing employee benefits programs, and administering payroll.

HR Policies and Compliance: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations. This includes staying updated on legal requirements and ensuring that the company's HR practices are in accordance with relevant legislation.

Employee Engagement and Culture: Fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee engagement initiatives. This may include organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives.

HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilizing HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, retention, employee satisfaction, and other HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Leadership and Management: Providing leadership and direction to the HR team, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as HR Director, 15 + years of Experience in a similar Role
  • BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field
  • MBA Holder from a reputable university is a Must.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification like PHR and SPHR is a plus.
  • Experience in HR in BPO industry is a plus
  • German, French, Spanish, Dutch speaking.
