Job Description
- Mange the sales team to periodically achieve the assigned sales targets.
- Lead the sales team to deliver the predetermined objectives in regards of the company positioning.
- Take the agile dictions based on the market dynamics, to achieve the overall KPIs timely.
- Initiate new commercial programs/campaigns/events with its relevant business case to get the management “GO”.
- Report the market updates along with the needed actions.
- Periodically report to the board the performance results versus the preset plan.
- Set periodically the product mix required.
- Monitor the products stock level to timely and submit the relevant purchase request.
- Lead the online sales growth corelated the marketing plan and its digital arm as well.
- Act as a business owner and involve the relevant departments into daily operation to collectively execute the company vision.
Job Requirements
- 5 To 10 years’ experience in relevant field.
