The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operational activities, including process improvement, resource optimization, and team management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a track record of driving efficiency and excellence in operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide effective guidance and direction to the Operations Manager and Operations Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the team.Ensure the effective execution of daily operations in accordance with organizational objectives.Continuously monitor operational systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic enhancements to optimize efficiency and productivity.Oversee customer support and retention processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.Lead the development and implementation of new operational policies and procedures, streamlining processes and enhancing overall efficiencyCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the execution of new product launches, production, engineering improvements, and product testing ensuring operational readiness and achieving desired outcomes.Support the development of team-oriented approaches to problem-solving. Work with cross-functional teams to address challenges and meet organizational requirements.Conduct regular factory visits for relationship management, technical advisory, alignment, and high-level reporting.
