Job Description
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- She will be Acting as gatekeepers to the CEO, she keeps the company organized, boost morale, and increase productivity of the team.
- She can take a charge and ownership of projects, tasks, administration, or ad-hoc management assignments on behalf of the senior management team.
- Managing the phone line, schedule meetings, managing calendar and and handling travel arrangements of the CEO.
- May be asked to attend or conduct meeting on behalf of the CEO
- Managing and maintaining a good relationship with other employees within the company is a critical success factor
- Filing,Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Job Requirements
- Presentable
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor Degree
