Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Secretary to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism
  • Manage office correspondence (letters, memos, packages, etc.)
  • Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with data entry and basic reporting tasks
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Support accounting or HR departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, efficient, and welcoming
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Hands on experience with MS Office
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and service providers when required

 


 

Job Requirements

Requirements & Skills:

-proven experience as executive secretary or similar administration role. 

-Fluent in English language written & verbal 

-Proficient in MS office.

-in depth knowledge of office management and Basie accounting procedures. 

-Excellent communication, interpersonal 

-Organizational & follow up skills

-Ability to handle matters

-presentable 

-Degree in business administration or relative field
