Job Description
Perfect Candidate should do the following tasks:
- Develop the current instructors database
- Build on the current instructors database
- Develop the training library in cooperation with the L&D department
- Setting Monthly training calendar
- Ensure to allocate the best fit instructors on the planned courses
- Communicate with the international partners and vendors for accreditations updates
- Arrange all training facilities “online and in-person trainings”
- Successfully execute and operate and all training requests which are coming from sales team
- Arrange all the oversees activities for trainers and staff , such as travelling arrangements, hotels communications, transportation and accommodation for instructors and staff who are working oversees.
- Calculate instructors training hours/days to issue their payments
- Handle all the logistics of the company
Job Requirements
- 3 to 4 years experience in operation , working in the training and development field is a plus
- Has his/her fresh instructors database and connection - for the training experience candidates
- Planner
- Excellent in using Zoom and MS Teams
- Excellent in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint , Word . Outlook
- Very Good English Language “Speaking and Writing”
- Problem solver
- Agile mind-set
- Excellent communication skills
- Active and responsive
