Job Description
- Understand company needs to define system specifications
- Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
- Communicate system requirements to software development teams
- Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
- Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
- Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
- Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
- Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
- Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
7-10 years of solid experience generating shop-drawings for interior and architecture projects.
Solid Experience preparing Masonry, Furniture, Ceiling, Lighting, Electrical, Wiring, Sanitary drawings
Experience preparing BOQ and Material Take off using REVIT / BIM Software.
Experience Making furniture, equipment and finishing schedules.
Solid communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize simultaneous assignments and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in the following software packages is a must:
REVIT
AutoCAD
Sketchup
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Proficiency in the following software packages is a plus:
3dsmax.
Corona Renderer.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Project Manager
- Proficiency in the following software packages is a must:
REVIT
AutoCAD
Sketchup
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)

Corona Renderer. - Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. MySQL)
