Job Description
- Receive, study & submit tenders.
- Study tenders to understand the nature of projects and contracts for overseas clients.
- Prepare/review BOQ, drawings and specifications for the new Projects.
- Prepare material selection from different suppliers’ portfolio to best match the tender aspects.
- Make sure that the quotations comply with the required and provided specifications
- Preparation for the LOA observing the bid submission timeline with the client.
- Prepare comparison Sheet for rates quoted by Sub contractors and suppliers.
- Breakdown BOQ items.
- Perform quantity take-off for lump sum projects or items if needed.
- Preparation of the requirements needed for the tenders such as presentations, renders & technical datasheets.
- Generate the financial proposals and follow up the preparation of the technical proposal and items selection.
- Finalize the Commercial and technical Offer including priced BOQ in compliance with the appropriate engineering standards, codes, specifications, design instructions…etc.
- Ability to work well within a fast paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment.
- Stay abreast of and communicate any changes in contractual requirements.
- Maintain tender files and arranges their archiving upon Tender completion.
- Prepare Tenders status reports and expected timelines on a regular basis and when requested.
- Strictly follow internal workflow, archiving and ERP procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Interior design & furniture. Fine arts, applied arts or Architecture.
- 3 to 7 years experience in the same field.
- New Cairo, Nasr city or near areas residents are preferred.
- Excellent English is a must.
- MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up or 3D Max
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Presentable.
