Job Description
- collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and system architects to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Define and document workflow automation requirements using tools like Camunda, K2, or similar engines.
- Assist in integrating external systems such as e-payment, e-signature, and other third-party services.
- Design and document API and system integration workflows, ensuring smooth data exchange between systems.
- Work with databases to extract and analyze business data for decision-making.
- Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
- Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor system performance and business process KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to workflow automation, integrations, and business process management.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology-driven projects.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and system documentation.
- Strong understanding of workflow engines (Camunda, K2, or similar).
- Knowledge of system integration methodologies and third-party service integrations (e.g., e-payment, e-signature).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and the ability to query data for analysis.
- Experience with API documentation and system architecture diagrams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and working with development teams.
- Ability to conduct UAT, functional testing, and provide feedback on business solutions.
