Job Description
- Study the tender documents (specifications, drawing, method of measurements and contracts) to understand the project scope.
- Identifies & pricing equipment, material & labor costs need for the project.
- Evaluating suppliers offers and checking compliance with tender requirements & best prices.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure pricing the items on time.
- Assist in preparation of financial and technical comparison sheets to analyze the variance of commercial and technical offer.
- Update the contact list to maintain communication with suppliers or clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- 1 – 3 Years of experience in Construction field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
