Job Description
- Identify the company needs; items, quantity & time frame.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
- Oversee the procurement process from needs analysis, and order placement to delivery, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Work closely with the finance and inventory teams to forecast demand and budget accordingly.
- Continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in the procurement process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or any relevant major
- 2 – 3 Years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent ERP user.
- V. Good commode in English (spoken - written)
- Female Preferred
