Job Description
- Analyzing channel for potential customers and additional sales opportunities
- Active support in development of Bosch Diesel Service & Diesel Module network
- Active support in demand planning.
- Collect market intelligence about product requirements, price points, customer requirements.
- Developing concepts to turn customers or to add new product lines at existing customers (CAP)
- Developing and executing concepts how 1st trade level customers can increase their penetration with Bosch diesel products.
- Developing and executing customer binding activities to increase pull from workshops.
- Supporting sales pitches at the customer.
- Monitoring field force / sales activities in the channel (Diesel network)
- Developing and maintaining a performance related allowance scheme.
- Developing and aligning (with country sales) customer targets for the customers in a channel.
- Analyzing planograms / POS concepts to create best practice solutions.
- Develop and execute channel specific promotions and sales supporting measures.
- Implementing global customer concepts such as "Extra" (if applicable).
- Supporting customer exhibitions to promote Bosch products .
- Plan, manage and execute sponsorships (if applicable).
- Managing online communication within the channel to create pull.
- Setting up KPI measurement by customer/channel to monitor target achievement.
- Performing performance reviews with country sales and define measures to achieve planned customer/channel performance.
- Organizing the customer meetings to understand and resolve the issues with the customers (define / follow the set-up frequency).
Job Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma: Technical studies
- Technical knowledge in Diesel systems and parts
- 6-10 Years in a similar role in Automotive sectors
- Analytical background: MS Excel advance.
- High analytical skills, problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong Numerical reasoning.
- English and Arabic speaking
- Assertiveness.
- Strong team player.
- Deadline and performance driven.
