Job Description
1- Lead and develop policies, processes, and initiatives to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs
2- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
3- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
4- Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
5- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
6- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
7- Develop and implement departmental budgets
8- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
9- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
10- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree from any discipline and additional post-graduate certification is preferred
- Master Degree or HR Postgraduate Certification is an asset
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in HR.
- Good knowledge of Strategic HR Practices, Egyptian Labour Law
- Highly presentable & have advanced communication skills and English language.
