Job Description
- Process tax payments
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
- Prepare balance sheets
- Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
- Process invoices and follow up with suppliers as needed
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation
- Coordinate with the headquarter to fulfill financial requirements and complete assigned tasks
Job Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Basic Chinese communication skill is a bonus.
- Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
