Job Description

  • Process tax payments
  • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
  • Prepare balance sheets
  • Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
  • Process invoices and follow up with suppliers as needed
  • Provide administrative support during budget preparation
  • Coordinate with the headquarter to fulfill financial requirements and complete assigned tasks

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Basic Chinese communication skill is a bonus.
  • Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role
  • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
