• Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and track project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure the project stays on schedule.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify potential risks, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain high-quality construction standards.
• Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Closure: Oversee the final inspection, ensure punch-list completion, and hand over the project to the client.
