Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to help build and manage our team in Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers, overseeing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are met. The Engineering Team Leader will also play a key role in driving innovation, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering department.
Job Requirements
- Provide effective leadership, coaching, and motivation to the team of Engineers
- Foster a positive work environment
- Manage deliverables on many simultaneous projects of varying size and duration
- Ensure both delivery and quality objectives are met
- Assist team members in providing guidance when required
- Build and institute Recruiting, Training, and Onboarding
- Establish Key Performance Indicators
- Enable visibility on team’s workload and bandwidth
- Work, collaborate and communicate with the other departments to ensure good project execution.
- Enable Continuous Process Improvement
- General Reporting
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
