Job Description
- Develops the annual PR & Communications plan including strategy & budgets.
- Develops media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.
- Coordinates all public relations activities and events.
- Maintains existing media relationships, and generates new contacts within business and industry media.
- Manages media inquiries and interview requests.
- Creates content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations.
- Monitors, analyzes and communicates PR results on a quarterly basis.
- Evaluates opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.
- Inclusively understands the industry trends affecting customers, and makes appropriate recommendations regarding the communication strategy.
Job Requirements
- University degree from a reputable organization, preferably with marketing and PR specialization.
- Post graduate degree of Marketing and PR , or in business in general will be a solid plus.
- Minimum field experience of 10 years, preferably if possessing previous experience in Real Estate Industry.
- Possessing a strong business and governmental network, with a proven track record of implementing successful PR and Communication Campaigns.
- Extraordinary communication skills including writing and speaking.
- Strong experience in using social media platforms.
- Strong experience in events planning and management.
