Job Description
1- Being responsible for all elements of ongoing account management and developing excellent client relationships with hoteliers;
2- Securing and negotiating competitive rates;
2-Creating and maintaining calendars for key events;
3- Negotiating rates and availability with hotels;
4-Visiting and inspecting hotels on a regular basis to ensure good standards;
5- Meeting with hoteliers and representing the company;
6- Ensuring that all contracts are received to deadline, and that contract conditions are met;
7- Dealing with disputes regarding rates, allotment, etc;
8- Liaising with other members of staff to ensure the best possible use of contracted hotel deals
9- Supervising a team of operations staff in maintaining day-to-day operations;
10-Increasing profitability for the company;
11- Negotiation and business development skills;
12-Excellent communication skills;
13- Confident and determined approach;
14-Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
