Job Description
- Installing, configuring, and enhancement IT networks of all Arabiat sites
- Deploy FortiGate Firewall in the network, Configure VLAN, Configure Security profile, create Policy, static routing, VPN, SDWAN Members, SDWAN zone, SDWAN roles, Route VLAN
- Deploy new network devices(Printer, UPS ,Finger Device ,Switches ,NVR or DVR ,)
- Switch initializing, interface configuration, VLAN Creation, Spanning Tree.
- Daily Monitor Switches, Firewalls, WAN connections
- identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer network systems
- Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, VPNs, access points, routers, and other physical hardware
- Monitor VOIP Infrastructure, phone Maintenance, Short Number, and Call Center and solve issues related
- Configure, and set policies Monitor Firewalls over Arabiat Egypt with the IT supervisor
- WAN solution research and enhance MPLS, VPN, Microwave, and Internet connections
- Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems
- Physically and remotely support Arabiat users to solve their help desk issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, communication engineering, or any relevant field.
- Certificates in CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+, CCNA, CCNP, MCSA
- 3-5 years’ experience in IT.
- Good level in English: Writing and speaking.
- Experience with network connection by WAN and LAN connection.
- Active directory and Firewall systems administration.
- High Knowledge of networking services and common networking protocols
- Computer proficiency and understanding of various types of hardware
- Ability to problem solve and think critically
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
