About the job:
We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Specialist to help drive Company Sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing sales strategies, implementing marketing plans, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.

Job Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, and track sales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales.
- General knowledge about firefighting and fire alarm systems.
- General knowledge about CCTV surveillance/security systems/safety systems.
- Based in Giza preferred in 6th of October city/Haram/mohandsen.
- English language is a must (V. Good at least).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fixable working hours (indoor & outdoor for meetings).
