Job Description
- Generally responsible for implementation and monitoring of all finishing-related works at the site as per approved drawings, methods, and safety rules.
- Oversee site tasks to ensure high quality of work.
- Prepares and assigns resources such as manpower, materials, tools, etc., required for all construction-related works prior to execution.
- Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of a job on time at the site.
- Manages directly and provides engineering and technical support to all the civil /architecture workgroups at the site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architecture engineering.
- Experience from 5 to 10 years in hotels, or reputable design house is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
