Job Description
- Guide subordinates to operate in accordance with document specifications and procedures, reduce human error, share process quality control highlights and experience in real time, prevent recurrence of problems, and ensure improved and stable quality.
- Set and decompose goals, reasonably coordinate overall resources, achieve seamless connection, establish efficiency benchmarks, and quickly cover to ensure deliver.
- Sorting out and optimizing the manufacturing process, perfecting the shortcomings, and ensuring that the cost reduction result is achieved.
- Difficult and repeated problems in the process, set up special projects, evade and promote horizontally through optimization and improvement of the process.
- Keep comparison and learning externally and organize experience sharing internally.
- Check and sort out hidden dangers in the working environment to ensure safe production.
Job Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree or above
- Have insight, be able to find problems in time, be good at analysis, and use quality control tools to solve problems flexibly. Familiar with material operation process, quality management system and EHS knowledge.
